We also offer special sessions and counselling treatment plans for new moms. We understand that new moms are often met with social isolation, loss of independence, identity shifts, pressure to “get it right,” and a lack of space to process how much life has changed. Our sessions are a safe space to untangle emotions, reconnect with who you are outside of motherhood, and build strategies to manage stress, relationships, and self-care.
