Our services are NOT suitable for individuals experiencing :
Mental health disorders such as:
Psychosis or delusional thinking
Schizophrenia
Co-occurring Disorders (mental illness combined with substance use disorders)
Eating Disorders (e.g., Anorexia Nervosa or Bulimia Nervosa requiring inpatient care)
Situations involving immediate risk, including:
Suicidal ideation
Homicidal ideation or threats toward others
Ongoing self-harm behaviours that pose a medical risk
Severe addiction or dependence on:
Alcohol
Illicit drugs
Prescription medications
Gambling or other compulsive behaviours requiring rehabilitation or medical detox
Please note that Magmind Counselling does not prescribe medication or provide medical or psychiatric treatment. We are not equipped to manage crisis situations or offer emergency intervention.

Our role is to ensure you access the most appropriate support and if necessary, we can guide you toward professionals or services that are better suited to your situation.
